2016 has been another successful year for Global Wire Associates.
Global Wire Books had another record sales year with only two new publications! We had a soft launch of our English-language audiobook this year and we received good response from it. We plan to have a full audio launch later in the new year. We are also testing our large print editions for future publications.
We are entering the second year of Global Wire Design has been in operation, and we have now created steady relationships with our clients. We hope to expand its interactive multimedia services in the new year!
ContentCamp continues to grow every year, as this gives participants the opportunity to have a more personalized, educational experience. In November we had our second annual mini-conference focused on e-commerce just in time for holiday shopping, and it was attended by over 170 people. We plan to do more longer, specialized online conferences in the new year as well.
Our online webinars and in-person seminars continue to generate interest, but we do plan to continue cutting back on in-person meetings when possible for budget and environmental concerns.
Our blog is the voice of the organization where it continues to inform and stir up conversations about trends in communications. Our “Ask GWA” series, where we give advice to readers, continues to grow in interest. We plan to expand on this idea in the new year.
